Caribe Sur School is a bilingual school located in Playa Chiquita, Puerto Viejo, where children learn in a supportive, respectful environment surrounded by nature.

Our goal is for every student to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in small class groups that allow for personalized attention.

We welcome both local and international families, creating a rich multicultural environment that greatly enriches the learning experience for our students.

Enrollment Options

Full-Year Enrollment

For families living in the area who wish their children to be part of our learning community throughout the entire school year.Our bilingual program combines academic learning with experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

Seasonal Enrollment

Many families spend several months of the year in the South Caribbean.
For this reason, Caribe Sur School also welcomes students who join us temporarily while remaining enrolled in their schools in other countries.

Students may join our school for a few weeks or several months, depending on the length of their stay.

Daily or Short-Term School Experience

In some cases and depending on availability, we can also welcome children for one or several days.

This option is ideal for families visiting the area who would like their children to experience a day at our school, participating in activities alongside our students.
